Stadur Protec
In response to the increased needs for protection against break-ins through windows and doors, we have submitted Stadur FB standard and special elements for testing by the “Testing Institute for Door Technologies and Intruder Security”, (Prüfinstitut Türentechnik und Einbruchssicherheit) in Rosenheim, Germany.
The application areas for Stadur FB composite elements are breastwork panels for intruder-resistant windows to DIN V 18054 up to protection class EF3 or fill materials for intruder-resistant doors to DIN V 18103 up to protection class ET3.
The possibility of further work on the composite elements was at the forefront of this development. For this reason, sheet steel had to be excluded as a security insert. Using inserts of special aluminium enables all work processes such as cutting, drilling, milling to be done without significant problems.
Of course, if requested, sheet steel of various thicknesses can be provided as a middle layer.

Stadur Phon
As a competent manufacturer of composite elements, Stadur can supply test certificates showing actual sound-insulation values for both standard composite elements (e.g. FB-1, FB-2, FB-4) and special elements. From comprehensive testing with a wide range of combinations of materials, special sound-reduction elements and test certificates can be supplied.
